JamJar

Úna curates JamJar, a series of contemporary and experimental music and performance in Belfast. JamJar is presented by Moving On Music in conjunction with Black Box Belfast.

Join a lively group of musicians, sound artists, and composers for five evenings of performance, dialogue, sonic experimentation, special cocktails and unexpected collaborations. JamJar features some of the most captivating voices on today’s circuit: musicians who are breaking ground in pop-rock, folk and electronica, soundscape artists who draw inspiration from the acoustic environment, and artists who defy genres, working between sound, image and coding. JamJar evenings feature live interviews, collaborations between artists, audience Q&A’s, and surprise happenings.

For its second season, JamJar is pleased to present artists from America, Argentina, Ireland, and Scotland. Join us on the last Sunday of the month from April-September for a packed night of music, conversation, and visual delights.
